Scope and controller

This policy applies to DexBase-controlled services that link to it unless a service provides a specific notice. The controller is Suki Desu, tax ID 22.973.769/0001-29, Anápolis, Goiás, Brazil. Privacy requests go to dexbase@skdesu.com.

Data we may process

Browsing may generate IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser, system, language, technical identifiers, error records and security signals. Contact messages may include name, email, related service, URL, message and necessary attachments.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data may be used to deliver and protect services, answer requests, correct information, meet legal duties, exercise rights, prevent abuse and understand failures or aggregate use. Depending on context, the legal ground may be performance of a requested service, legitimate interests, legal obligation or exercise of rights.

Cookies and local storage

The main experience is designed without non-essential cookies. The browser may store theme or language preferences locally. If optional advertising, audience measurement or embedded content is enabled, the affected service should provide suitable information and controls where required.

Providers and international transfers

Technical data may be processed by providers of hosting, content delivery, security, storage, email and essential monitoring, including providers in other countries. DexBase does not sell personal data and discloses it only when necessary for these functions, a valid obligation or protection of rights.

Retention and deletion

Technical records are kept only as needed for security, diagnosis and applicable obligations. Messages are kept long enough to answer, document the resolution, prevent repeated abuse or meet legal deadlines, then deleted or reasonably de-identified.

Security

Proportionate measures reduce unauthorised access, alteration, loss and unavailability, but no system is risk-free. Vulnerability reports should identify the affected URL, reproduction steps and possible impact without accessing other people's data.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, portability, sharing information, objection, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions. Reasonable identity confirmation may be required to protect the requester.

Children and teenagers

Some game and popular-culture services may be used by minors, but DexBase currently provides no accounts, profiles or user-to-user chat. A guardian may request review and deletion of unnecessary data sent by a child.
